At Meriboo, we strive to fulfill every order with care and attention. If you still decide that a product is not suitable for you, we offer a 14-day return or exchange period .
How do I return or exchange a product?

Return conditions:
- The product must only be tested and in commercial form.
- To be returned with the original packaging and labels
- The return is at the customer's expense.
- Amounts are refunded only by bank transfer , within 14 days after receipt.
- A product that has already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
Complaints
If you have received a defective product, we will replace it completely free of charge , including return shipping costs.

Important:
The claim must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
When is a complaint not accepted:
- After mechanical damage or self-intervention
- In case of improper maintenance or wear and tear from use
- Problems from external factors – hair dryers, heating appliances, etc.
- Fading or deformation from water and natural dyes

When using wool products, it is possible to get fiber balls on the surface of the product, as well as there may be a natural loss of single wool threads. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Wool is a natural material and sometimes small balls form on the surface when the layers rub against each other – this is called pilling and is a completely natural process for fine fibres, especially merino. It is also normal for individual threads to come loose during the first few wears.
This is not a defect, but a natural reaction of high-quality wool, which stabilizes over time. It is enough to remove the balls from time to time with a special comb/razor for peeling and the garment will remain as good as new.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product. If payment was made by card, the funds will be refunded to the same card.
Additionally
Natural wool products may have a specific smell. If you are bothered by this smell in any way, we recommend that you air the product in a dry place, without exposing it to direct sunlight.
